01
Parenting & Family
Helping parents understand the real needs behind their children's behavior, rebuild genuine connection, and find breakthroughs in difficult dynamics.
Methodology
We integrate multiple evidence-based approaches: Family Systems Therapy examines interaction patterns between family members to address root causes rather than surface behaviors; the Gordon Model (P.E.T.) teaches parents how to listen, speak, and resolve conflict without damaging the relationship; Baumrind's Authoritative Parenting framework helps parents find the balance between warmth and structure.
Process
Phase 1 (1–2 sessions): Assess current family interaction patterns and identify key friction points. Phase 2 (6–10 sessions): Targeted practice of new communication approaches — combining parent coaching sessions with individual work. Phase 3 (4–8 sessions): Generalization and stabilization in real-life contexts.
Expected Outcomes
Parents typically report: significant reduction in conflict frequency after 4–8 sessions; children becoming more willing to communicate proactively; the shift from 'nothing I say lands' to 'my child actually hears me.'
Case Study
Case study: A Grade 4 boy in Conghua District, Guangzhou — his mother believed in strict discipline ('spare the rod, spoil the child') but noticed it was becoming less effective as he got older. After joining our parent coaching program, she replaced authoritarian commands with authoritative communication: 15 minutes of daily non-judgmental listening, weekly family meetings, and 'I-statements' instead of blame. Within three months, her son began initiating conversations about school on his own.
Best for: Families with children aged 6–18; frequent conflicts, communication breakdown, or rebellion
02
Youth Mental Health
One-on-one sessions with certified psychological counselors, using evidence-based methods to help young people navigate anxiety, stress, and emotional struggles.
Methodology
We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help young people identify and reframe negative thought patterns; Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to build emotional regulation capacity; and our proprietary Dopamine Reset Plan for young people experiencing motivation loss and screen over-dependence — combining neuroscience understanding with behavioral intervention to rebuild healthy routines and intrinsic motivation.
Process
Phase 1 (1–2 sessions): Assess current state, build therapeutic trust, identify primary concerns. Phase 2 (8–16 sessions): Customized plan by issue type — anxiety/school avoidance typically 8–12 sessions; deeper emotional issues 12–20 sessions. Phase 3 (as needed): Family systems intervention with parallel parent coaching.
Expected Outcomes
Clinical experience: exam anxiety typically improves within 4–6 sessions; motivation and school engagement issues show change around 8–12 sessions; deeper family relationship repair takes 8–16 sessions. We conduct regular progress reviews and adjust plans dynamically.
Case Study
Case study: A Grade 9 student in Panyu District was unable to sit exams due to severe test anxiety. Using CBT to address catastrophic thinking patterns ('if I fail, my life is over') combined with mindfulness practice, he was able to complete a mock exam after 6 sessions and returned to the exam room after 8.
Best for: Young people aged 6–18; school avoidance, anxiety, mood swings, or academic pressure
03
Effective Communication
Achieve genuine, lasting communication in both family and workplace — learning to listen, speak, and resolve conflict.
Methodology
Our workshops are built on validated communication frameworks: Nonviolent Communication (NVC) — separating observation from judgment, expressing needs rather than accusations; the Gordon Communication Model — knowing when to use 'I-messages' vs 'you-messages'; and the Drama Triangle — recognizing when you're falling into victim/rescuer/persecutor patterns in difficult conversations. Heavy emphasis on scenario-based practice to ensure skills transfer immediately.
Process
Delivered in small cohorts (6–15 participants), 2.5–3 hours per session. Three modules: Module 1 'Listening' — truly hearing the other person rather than preparing your response; Module 2 'Speaking' — expressing needs without triggering defensiveness; Module 3 'Resolving Conflict' — turning adversarial conversations into collaborative ones. Customizable to half-day or full-day formats for corporate clients.
Expected Outcomes
Participants most frequently cite live conflict role-plays as the most transformative element. Common post-workshop shifts: initiating repair conversations after family arguments instead of withdrawing; noticeably reduced friction in cross-team collaboration; ability to catch themselves entering defensive mode and consciously stepping out.
Case Study
Case study: A department head at a Guangzhou tech company, described by his team as someone who 'doesn't listen,' learned to paraphrase team members' points and ask for additions before sharing his own perspective. Three months after the workshop, anonymous team surveys showed his 'leadership listening' score rising from 62 to 84 out of 100.
Best for: Adults looking to improve couple, parent-child communication, or cross-department collaboration
04
Corporate Team Training
Customized training programs for teams and leaders — strengthening leadership capacity, team cohesion, and cross-departmental effectiveness.
Methodology
Every program is customized to the organization's actual context, not a generic template. Core frameworks include: Situational Leadership Model — helping managers adapt their style to each team member's development stage; Team Dynamics Workshop — identifying and removing invisible barriers to high performance; Stress Management & Psychological Resilience — building sustainable high-performance habits. All content can be anchored in the company's real cases and challenges.
Process
Step 1 (free): 30-minute discovery call to understand current challenges and training objectives. Step 2: Custom program design with full outline and pricing. Step 3: Program delivery (in-person or online). Step 4: Two-week post-training review to ensure application. Selected long-term engagements include quarterly reviews and micro-consulting support.
Expected Outcomes
Corporate clients most frequently report: immediate resolution of real team puzzles during training — not 'sounds good but won't apply'; managers beginning to use learned frameworks within 30 days; cross-team collaboration programs showing measurable improvement in team coordination within 2–3 months.
Case Study
Case study: A 12-person growth-stage startup in Shenzhen was experiencing communication overload and slow decision-making after rapid expansion. We delivered a full-day 'High-Growth Team Communication & Decision-Making' workshop focusing on running effective decision meetings and preserving team culture through scaling. In the first month after training, their average decision cycle shortened from 14 days to 6 days.
Best for: Corporate managers, HR departments, startup teams
